I'm currently reading the Artist's Way, and the morning pages ritual has been quite impactful. Do you think the length of the pages matters? Because the most I've written is a page and half, but the author insists on 3 full pages.
I’d love to hear more about any books that have helped you with your ADHD- I’m also an AuDHD fellow and it would be really great if you have any to share. A mini series or even by category would be great to see! Thank you for collating these gems I’m definitely going to be picking them up.
the MAGIC changed my way of seeing everything

Hate this post because my TBR just grew by five books. 😤 (But in all seriousness, absolutely adored this, and would love to hear more of your recs.) 🩶
Thank you for sharing these amazing titled. I'm particularly drawn to When God was a Woman and Eastern Body, Western Mind.
The written word has been a saviour, comforter, pal, guru and inspirer - looking forward to establishing a kinship with the ones you've listed.

Love, loooove the Artist’s Way — I’ve recommended it to so many of my clients, and they’ve loved it too.
