Lately I've have been working hard to make sure my daily routines build me up emotionally and physically and not just exhaust me. I'd encourage everyone to do so. It is soooo worth it.
Yesss I couldn't agree more! Building routines that nourish rather than drain us makes such a difference, I'm so glad you're seeing the benefits firsthand.
This one is also so so good. It's been something I've wanting to apply to my own life. Really all I ever want is to enjoy the beauty and freedom of the moment.
Reading this felt like the coziest cup of comfort and a warm hug—a welcomed reminder of the ways we can show up in our everyday life to create moments and savor memories. Thank you so much for sharing this…esp accompanied by such gorgeous photos!
I saw a wonderful post on Instagram recently from a creator who decided that she was going to “re-romanticise” social media and Instagram, because despite it’s pitfalls, it is still one of the best ways to grow a business and reach an audience.
I have my own problems with social media, but I really appreciated her perspective about looking for the good in order to live a happier existence on those platforms!
I loved reading this. I'm always struck that so much of life and how you experience it is a choice - choosing to romanticize the little moments can lead to such a shift, and a richer life.
Yes! So inspirational, I am trying to get my morning routine in check. I want to slow it down and actually let myself wake up instead of panicking straight away.
There are so many beautiful ideas in here. Right now I'm loving the mid-afternoon reset! I could use one right now. My day has not been great. It could use more romance. Thank-you for this post.
Love this whole piece - also so good for us to remember that romanticizing is a perspective shift not a performance.
Thank you Anna! And yes exactly, it's amazing how something so simple as shifting our perspective can make such a huge impact.

Yes to enjoying the things we have! I recently started lighting a candle that I deemed to only light during special occasions, it is so freeing

Loved this. Now that I’m working remote I really need to work on my weekdays rituals and traditions so everyday doesn’t feel boring and the same.
